Grethe meyer for royal copenhagen, 1940-1970. Vase of original shape with four hectic faces. Two of its faces bear a free pattern. The vase measures 12 X 13.5 X 12 cm, it is signed grethe meyer on the reverse and bore the number 513 213 / 5835 as well as the number 5835 in hollow. It also bears the mark of the royal manufacture of copenhagen. Grethe meyer has collaborated with the royal manufacture of copenhagen in particular for the production of services that stand out for their very refined style. This vase is a kind of exception in his work with much freer forms and abstract motifs.
