Contemporary Jacopo Foggini Mod Sneeze B Yellow Methacrylate Italian Chandelier

This contemporary chandelier, designed by Jacopo Foggini, is crafted from methacrylate, a lightweight thermoplastic resin known for its glass-like aesthetic and chromatic qualities. Foggini, an Italian artist born in Turin and based in Milan, began experimenting with methacrylate in the 1990s, using a machine he developed to melt the material at 200°C and mold it into luminous, intricate shapes. This piece, part of his Mod Sneeze B collection, showcases his signature style of intertwining colorful filaments to create monumental artworks that blur the boundaries between art and design. The chandelier is new, custom-made, and hardwired, with dimensions of 130 cm in height and 120 cm in diameter.
