Small vintage wooden library / Open shelf
Compact vintage wooden library with a simple and practical construction and a warm aged patina. The piece has a shallow depth of only 20.5 cm, making it particularly suitable for a hallway, kitchen, bedroom, or any narrow space. The cabinet is made of solid wood and features two levels of open storage, a slatted wooden back, and gently rounded upper corners. The construction is simple and functional, with visible carpentry, small block feet, and the typical irregularities of an old handmade or workshop piece. The wood shows clear signs of age and use, including scratches, small dents, surface wear, and color variations. There is a noticeable dark mark on the top surface, clearly visible in the photographs. These marks have been left intact and are part of the original character of the piece. Probably Dutch, dating from around the first half of the 20th century, circa 1930-1950.
