A very distinctive handmade Beni Ouarain rug that moves away from the classic diamond pattern to explore a much more contemporary and abstract language. Handwoven in Morocco, the composition combines natural ivory wool with taupe and earthy brown patterns, creating a rug that appears both Amazigh, architectural, and modern. The close-up reveals the irregularity of the handmade work and the beautiful variations in pile, giving the surface a sculptural, almost three-dimensional quality. Each rug is handwoven by Amazigh (Berber) artisans, made from 100% natural sheep wool, woven on a traditional Berber loom, knotted and finished individually by hand, created using traditional Moroccan weaving techniques and completely unique — no handmade rug is identical. No mass production — only authentic Berber craftsmanship. Sophisticated natural palette: warm ivory/unbleached cream, taupe, mushroom brown, soft earthy grey-brown. The restricted palette makes the complex design surprisingly versatile. Different pile heights and woven areas introduce additional depth. This piece is particularly interesting for its abstract, almost architectural composition. Dimensions: 250 × 170 cm. Newly handmade in our own cooperative in Morocco.
