Here is an object that made a sensation in the 80s, a basket entirely cut from a single flat piece of wood, which takes its shape thanks to an ingenious spiral cutting system. You unfold the different parts, and you get a fruit basket. When flat, it can also serve as a trivet. It's difficult to date this basket, as today, with the 80s coming back into fashion, they are being made again, but I would lean towards the late 80s to 90s because the light wood has a dark veneer on the outer parts, unlike recent models. It is in generally good condition, sturdy, with no broken parts, but has some marks and abrasions mainly on the edges. When unfolded, it measures 40 cm in height, 40 cm in length, and 28 cm in width. When folded, it measures 40 cm by 40 cm with a thickness of 2.5 cm.
