Child's chair h53xl30xp31 from the 1950s/60s. Weight 2 kg max, between 1.8 kg and 2 kg. If shipped by carrier, expect 3 to 5 kg with packaging. Seat height: 27 cm. Backrest height from the ground: 53 cm. Width at the back: 24 cm. Width at the front: 29 cm. Sides: 28 cm. Maximum seat depth: 30 cm. Traditional filling with plant fibre. Frame/structure in beech. Seat covering: synthetic leather, studded faux leather, skai. Seat colour: vermilion red. Wood colour: golden oak. Mortise and tenon assembly. Open backrest with a slat. Seat with ¾ spacers: on the front face and on either side. The faux leather has been stripped, revived, and treated with a protective finish varnish that is resistant to abrasion and UV. Solid beech wood cleaned with black soap, sanded, and finished with shellac varnish. Felt pads placed under the feet. This chair is suitable for a child measuring 93 to 116 cm (which corresponds to a child aged 3 to 5 years). A very beautiful piece from the 50s/60s, elegant and sturdy. The front photo with a fisherman's stool next to the chair allows you to gauge the scale. The seat, having served as a display for a large indoor plant, shows impressions in the skai but should fade over time. It should be noted that this "cute" chair is not a reissue or a pale copy from the 50s or 60s; I specify 1900 and some dust (sheep, to put it mildly) - otherwise, we would be looking at Napoleon III or the Second Empire; for better or worse... It is an original chair, to return to our sheep, which shows traces of its life or its little bottoms. Have we ever seen a 3 or 5-year-old child still and well-behaved, unless playing 1, 2, 3, sun? Please note, we do not deliver to 94 and 77. For 78, please inquire as we are close to 95 and 78 is vast!
