Vintage Ceramic Elephant Salt and Pepper Shakers: 1970s UCTCI Japan

A cute set of ceramic elephants that serve as salt and pepper shakers. Made in the 1970s by UCTCI Japan. Both shakers still have their original rubber stoppers on the bottom. They have a funny, roly poly style shape. For the collectors of salt and pepper shakers or elephant figurines. NOTE: one of the elephants has a scratch across the face (photo #9). This is not a crack in the stoneware, but a scratch that was probably made by accident when the item was made. Height per shaker: 2.16 inch / 5.5 centimeters. Width per shaker: 4.33 inch / 11 centimeters. Depth per shaker: 2.36 inch / 6 centimeters.
