Antique vase in barbotine (French majolica) attributed to the Faïencerie de Fives-Lille, founded by Gustave De Bruyn (1838-1916). The stamp, visible under the base near the serial number 364, features the initials GB (Gustave de Bruyn) above a marine anchor, a characteristic signature of this Lille factory known for its decorative pieces in coloured barbotine, active from 1864 until the early 20th century. The vase has a flared neck in crackled earthenware in pastel tones (beige, water green, pink), a bulbous base in mahogany brown glaze, and a hand-applied relief decoration depicting yellow and pink roses along with their foliage, typical of the romantic style of the late 19th century.
