Vintage 1950s accent furniture - varnished veneer and brass.

Superb little accent piece or bedside table with a modernist design from the 1950s, ideal for adding a retro and warm touch to your decor. Its sleek line rests on four elegant tapered legs adorned with original brass caps. The body and drop-down door feature a beautiful play of glossy veneer with luminous reflections. The piece retains its original handle and functional compass system. Width: 53 cm. Depth: 51 cm. Height: 53 cm. In generally good vintage condition. The glossy finish has a very nice overall shine. Note: there are slight signs of use inside the cabinet and a tiny discreet veneer defect at the bottom of the front facade (visible in the photos). This does not affect the sturdiness or the unique charm of this piece. A characterful piece, perfect for a bedroom as a bedside table or in a living room as a small end table. #bedside #accentfurniture #barfurniture #minibar #endtable #1950s #midcentury #modernist #taperedlegs #brass #vintage decor #varnishedwood #design50s.
