Snapdragon vase in limoges porcelain by camille tharaud. Camille tharaud had developed a technique of grand feu enamel on raw porcelain, a technique that had been rewarded at the exhibition of decorative arts in 1925. This process gives depth to the enamels, intensity to the colors and velvety to the material. It was during the 1925 exhibition that he met henri rapin, who created the shape of this vase. The metallic reflections of the cover make it possible to date the production of this vase around the 1940s. It marked under the base of the factory stamp of limoges and that of camile tharaud.
