Exceptional XXL French folding table dating from around 1900–1920, originally used for village fêtes, harvests, and outdoor gatherings in the French countryside. This impressive and highly atmospheric piece would make a statement in a garden, event space, vineyard, restaurant, or large farmhouse. The table features a solid pine top with a beautiful natural patina. The folding trestle legs are made of chestnut wood and can be folded flat for transport and storage. They are supported by original iron braces, reflecting the robust rural craftsmanship of the time. The table comes with long matching benches made of solid pine with a painted beef red finish, adding to the authentic rustic character of the set.
