Very rare floor lamp in opaline glass and chrome. The designers or manufacturers are not identified. The formal language and execution suggest an Italian origin. The metal ribs are known from Enrico Tronconi. This rare lamp impresses with the materiality of chrome and glass as well as its organic design language. The body of the luminaire is divided into 3 glass elements, segmented by chrome rings. The separation between the bodies is not visible. An illusion of a continuous glazing is created. The glass panels are illuminated from within by 2 lamps each. The lamp is capped with a white funnel, serving as a ceiling projector. The light highlights the shape of the entire body of the luminaire and immerses the room in a special luminous atmosphere. The reserved ornamentation particularly draws attention. The accents of fine chrome ribs act as dense windows or discreet lines depending on the perspective. The lamp has 7 focal points that can be switched individually. A light source (E27) serves as the projector, while the other sources (6x E14) illuminate the interior. The lamp features a double switch at the base allowing for separate or simultaneous switching of the projector and the lower part of the lamp.
