Antique bistro table — Cast iron & veined solid elm — Circa 1900–1930. Authentic period café table, in the purest spirit of Parisian brasseries and bistros from the early 20th century. Its black cast iron base with a double cross and claw feet is characteristic of the mass production of French café furniture between 1900 and 1930 — robust, elegant, timeless. The solid elm top is its true signature: two mirror-cut boards reveal exceptional, highly figured grain, with burls, entangled knots, and deep markings in warm honey and reddish-brown tones. The rounded corners and bevelled edges indicate a level of craftsmanship above average for this type of piece. Ideal size for 2 to 3 covers — fits perfectly in a kitchen, an entrance, an intimate dining nook, a conservatory, or a covered terrace. Condition: Good overall condition — beautiful patina consistent with age. Solid and stable cast iron base. Healthy top, without deformation.
