French vintage oil painting, signed Pitz, 1954

Oil painting on panel, signed by pitz, and dated 1954. It represents a farmhouse in the countryside, close to a forest. I live in the south of france and it reminds me a lot of the style of some houses near the pyrenees. The scene suggests a lot of peace. The artist started another painting on the back of this one, it is well known that artists do not always have a lot of money and it is a fairly widespread practice, fortunately for us. The painting measures with frame 31 cm wide and 20 cm high. It is in very good condition.
