Jean-Sébastien Le Pemp, known as "Bastian the potter, " a ceramic potter from Quimper, passed away at the end of December in Quimper at the age of 88. Trained at the Keraluc pottery from the age of 14, the native of Quimper remained there until his military service in 1954. Upon his return, after a stint at Henriot, he set up on his own on the Brest road in a house he never left. The one who signed "Bastian Quimper" would have significant activity until the 1980s.
