Elegant and discreet rationalist stool, made in Italy in the 1940s. The structure, defined by clean geometric lines, features a bridge-like design with rounded corners that soften its formal rigor. The frame is veneered in fine walnut, with the top and sides in straight-grain walnut and the front showcasing a richly figured walnut burr veneer, chosen for its decorative and refined effect. A small piece with balanced proportions, highlighting the craftsmanship of Italian woodworking from the 1940s. In good overall condition, with wear consistent with age.
