A breath of workshop, a touch of elegance with this duo of enameled earthenware bowls that come to us straight from Cliousclat, a charming pottery village in the Drôme where the collective workshop Le Fer Rouge has flourished since the 1980s. A confidential signature but recognized by connoisseurs, synonymous with know-how and creative freedom. Their decoration evokes a stylized, almost calligraphic nature: a flower sketched with a fluid gesture stands out against a deep blue background with shimmering reflections. The slightly nuanced enamel captures the light and brings the piece to life. Each bowl is turned by hand, then signed in the glaze before firing, testimony to truly artisanal work and the decorations even with many similarities are different. Stamped Atelier Le Fer Rouge, Cliousclat (Drôme): the red iron in handwritten mention in the enamel under the bottom on the rim. Diameter at the top 19.5 cm, height 4 cm and diameter at the base 9 cm. Very good vintage condition. Place on a console, to hold your jewelry or a ripe fig... Or simply use it every day, for a southern table.
