A sculptural ceramic table lamp from the mid-20th century, originating from Manises, Valencia, finished in a rich chocolate glaze and newly fitted with a pleated silk shade. Fully functional and ready to use. New socket and wiring with a European plug; American plug available on request. The lamp has been carefully cleaned and professionally re-wired. The ceramic body is excellent with slight age-related wear on the gilded base. The shade is new. This generously proportioned baluster-shaped lamp with gently fluted sides is adorned with a relief leaf cartouche that adds a subtle classic character to the silhouette. The glossy glaze highlights the sculptural form, while the gilded base offers a warm contrast and a refined decorative finish.
