1950s Porcelain Oven Tureen - Winterling Porzellan

This stylish oven tureen or serving dish was made in the 1950s by the german porcelain company winterling. It has a lovely motif with green, yellow and pink leaves, on both sides of the tureen and on the lid. The perfect item for a vintage kitchen. Both the lid and tureen are marked 'feuerfest winterling porzellan', with an additional '1950' at the base of the tureen. Winterling porzellan was a company founded by seven brothers in röslau, bavaria, in 1907. It went bankrupt in 2000. In excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. Approximate sizes: width 29 cm (including handles), height 15 cm (including lid), depth 19 cm.
