Exceptional series of 6 DAF armchairs.

Exceptional set of 6 DAF chairs, the famous "Dolphin" model designed by George Nelson for Herman Miller. This is an extremely rare configuration: black fiberglass, seat covered in intense blue fabric, fixed star base with 4 legs... The whole set is truly stunning! Everything is original. These are iconic and original pieces from the 1960s. The fiberglass shells are very sturdy and have a beautiful patina. Condition: The seats are in blue fabric. A small detail to note: on 3 of the chairs, the original glue has dried a bit over time, causing the covering to slightly peel at the edges (see the photos, I’ve included a close-up). This is a common issue with these vintage models and can be easily re-glued, but I prefer to leave them as they are for authenticity. Available for any questions or additional photos.
