Art Deco Buffet with Marble and Mirror

Magnificent vintage low sideboard/buffet in Art Deco style (1930s–1940s) with remarkable charm and presence. A very beautiful second-hand piece, robust and refined, ideal for enhancing a dining room or large living room. Superb thick veined marble top (grey, beige, and white tones). Upper part: Moulded wooden pediment with a large bevelled mirror integrated into the intricately worked contours. A central glass section with sliding doors and a glass shelf. 2 central drawers beneath the display case with lovely crafted handles. 2 solid side doors opening onto generous storage volumes with shelves. Facades of the side doors adorned with floral relief carvings, magnificent original brass/golden metal locks and handles (key provided). Sculpted feet with generous and rounded shapes characteristic of the era. In very good overall vintage condition. Very solid and sound structure. The marble is clean and intact, the mirror retains its period charm, and the interiors of the cupboards are well maintained. Shows some light signs of wear that are quite normal for a period piece.
