19th century brass candlestick says "to binet"

Nice 19th century brass candlestick said to binet. It is the pusher that adjusts the length of the candle. This one works perfectly well. Good general condition, some small tasks left in the state giving a beautiful old patina but can be removed with a little elbow oil... Slight deformation of the foot not inconvenient.
