Set of three Italian agate trays dating from the 1970s. Each piece features a shallow polished recess and an irregular, naturally textured edge. The three pieces are distinguished by their individual coloration: deep midnight blue with amber tones; blush pink, beige, and camel; and deep aubergine with burgundy undertones and brown banding ranging from chocolate to amber. Originally intended as ashtrays, they can also be used as vide-poche, jewelry or soap rays. Their compact proportions and elegant colors make them suitable for a desk, bedside or coffee table, or console. Condition: Very good vintage condition. The blush pink and beige piece has a small hairline crack, visible in the photographs but less apparent in person.
