Pair of teak chairs by Ingrid Niels Koefoed, Denmark 1960

This chair named Ingrid, with organic shapes, is designed by Niels Koefoed. It was produced in Denmark in the 1960s in the woodworking workshops of the family business Koefoeds Hornslet. The volumes of its teak structure are crafted in curves and thicknesses, with all lines being soft and fine. The almond green velvet seat is in very good condition with minor signs of wear. The colour contrasts favourably with the warm tone of the exotic wood. The two chairs are in excellent condition with almost perfect wood. Price for the pair.
