Oil on wood 19th century, animated seascape: theatrical shipwreck scene, with a tragic epic breath, teeming with details illustrating the drama on a dark and rough sea. The painting is solid, in good condition. The frame with floral motifs in carved, stuccoed and gilded wood has some missing parts visible in the photos.
