Mid-Century Beech Wood and Tobacco Velvet Jar Chair Wool Millais by Dedar, Poland, 1960s

Chairs designed in the 1960s by Prof. Rajmund Hałas. Jar-type model. Made of beech. The chairs have undergone a complete reupholstery, the woodwork has been refreshed and repainted. The seat and backrest are covered in high-quality black and white Spanish velvet. The fabric is a compact Panama weave made of British wool and Belgian linen. Fabric composition: 66% virgin wool, 21% linen, 13% polyamide. The chairs are stable and very elegant. Produced in an old furniture factory in Goleniów in the 1960s. It is possible to prepare this chair in all wood and textile colours.
