4-light glass chandelier attributed to Murano, 20th century

A transparent moulded and pressed glass chandelier featuring a round shade with a scalloped edge concealing the electrical system, a vertical cylindrical stem made of glass with twists, four stylised leaves, and a semi-spherical bowl crafted in the same manner as the shade, hiding three bulbs and decorated with eight glass leaves. In perfect condition, this significant chandelier boasts very beautiful proportions, and the glass provides a lovely diffusion of light. Estimated to be from the mid-20th century, the treatment of the glass recalls the Italian productions of Murano.
