The white lacquered frame is combined with a recessed top of semi-transparent grey smoked glass and rests on a solid wenge wood base. What makes this table special are the sculptural cut-outs in the sides. The organically rounded shapes give the whole a soft, almost architectural character. At the same time, they provide easy access to the lower shelf. Functional, but above all visually strong. The smoked glass top is recessed into the frame, creating a subtle layered effect. Below is a spacious second level for books, magazines or objects you want to keep visible. The wenge wood base forms a strong contrast with the light upper part. Wenge is characterised by deep brown tones and pronounced grains, giving the table warmth and depth. The combination of materials, graphic lines and sculptural character are reminiscent of Italian design from the 1970s.
