Superb vase on an antique pedestal in opaline glass (milky white opaline), featuring an elegant wavy and pleated corolla neck. It showcases a magnificent abstract and organic decor with a marbled and speckled effect, painted and enamelled in warm shades of salmon pink, peach, brown, taupe, and pearlescent white, with lovely material effects and subtle iridescent reflections in the light. Each side offers a unique pattern. A striking and very luminous piece, typical of vintage art glass work in the spirit of Murano or Empoli (Italian glassware from the 1950s-1970s). Perfect on a sideboard, a small table, a fireplace, or as a centrepiece, both alone as a sculptural object or with a bouquet of fresh or dried flowers.
