Wooden rocking horse

Charming rocking horse in varnished light wood, with clean lines, in a style between modernist and scandinavian. I was offered it a good fifteen years ago now, but already second-hand, it may date from the 80s, but without certainty. It resembles in some details the horses of the german brand ostheimer, but here too, I do not have certainty. It is in good structural condition, very solid, the wood is thick but it has some signs of its age and use: a small lack or sinking on the end of an arch, a small chip at the mouth, some places where the varnish has passed a little, by years of use or because I had to sand a little to remove the remains of stickers that my children had stuck on it! In these places, I made some very light alterations to the varnish to protect the wood and unify the shade a little. It measures 59 cm maximum height, about 30 cm seat height, 71 cm long and 26 cm wide. It weighs about 6 kg.
