Pair of Eurosit tweed grey lounge chairs 1970

French manufacturer of professional furniture, eurosit was founded in 1948 and still exists. These armchairs date from the 70s. The very beautiful base called cantilever is made of chromed tubular steel, the seat and backrest are made of padded and covered plywood and assembled by a black plastic elbow. The manufacturing is of quality and extremely solid as evidenced by the very good condition of the seats. With the exception of a few small marks of minor wear on the plastic and chrome, the appearance is flattering and the structural condition is excellent. The wool blend fabric with a large tweed-style weave is composed of brown, gray, several blues and a hint of dark orange. Sober and chic for firm comfort.
