Extendable table

This 1980s italian extendable table boasts an elegant and functional design. Its dark varnished wood top rests on cylindrical chromed metal legs, typical of the modernist style of the time. It is round in its standard position, but can be extended thanks to a central extension system to accommodate six people. The second image shows the mechanism in action: a central section appears to widen the surface, transforming the table into a more oval version. The contrast between the dark wood and the metal legs gives it a sophisticated and timeless look, ideal for a vintage or contemporary dining room.
