Framed reproduction "Wildflowers" after Odilon Redon

A bouquet of poppies, buttercups, and blue delphiniums bursting in a long-necked vase, set against a green water and moss background. This reproduction from the 1950s of Odilon Redon's pastel (circa 1912, Musée d'Orsay) has retained all the powdery softness of the original. It is presented under glass in its period gilded wooden frame, enhanced by a bleached inner fillet. The back is closed with a hardboard panel secured by metal fasteners. A bright piece for a kitchen, hallway, or living room with warm tones. In good used condition. The frame shows chips in the gilding and missing paint on the inner fillet. There are traces of an old label on the back. The glass is original. Dimensions: Width 45 × Height 56 cm.
