Old articulated lamp Architect steel + aluminum vintage design

Old articulated architect lamp with spring, vintage brushed aluminum hat design, chrome steel arm, cast iron base...? The base is rusty and the lamp does not have a switch, it plugs directly into the socket and works perfectly well
