Cream drip forms streak downward on either side, framing the medallion in a rhythm that reads equally well as a single accent or paired with a solid. Size: 16 X 16 inches / 40 X 40 cm. Silk threads are bound and resist-dyed before the weaving begins, so the vertical forms and central medallion build directly into the fabric as the loom runs. Not printed; the pattern is woven directly into the fabric structure. The drip-like bleed lines running vertically across the field are an inherent characteristic of the ikat process and vary slightly piece to piece. Cover only, insert not included.
