Cini Boeri - Gradual Lounge Sofa Black Leather Knoll/Gavina

This large sofa model Gradual Lounge was the first piece designed by Cini Boeri for Knoll/Gavina. This sofa has a black fibreglass frame with two integrated shelves at the back. It is on 6 wheels. The black leather cushions are removable, leaving only the fibreglass structure. The triangle serving as a "side table" can be removed if desired and opens up to expand. Under the triangle is the number 35. The original black leather is soft, being creased in various places (see photos). There are some cracks in it in places, as well as an open crack on a seat cushion (see photos). There are various small defects: Deterioration in the front cylinder of the triangle (denting of the fibreglass). Usage scratches in different places. On the top of the triangle, the fibreglass has "bubbled". A scratch under the right shelf. The plastic has a thickness on the top of the backrest, at the right end. A mark at each end of the rear upright in the upper part. A small dent in the lower part of the shell (under the cushion). A deformation of the leather on one armrest. Work from the 1970s.
