Superb inseparable set of 3 vintage mid-century (Mid-Century Modern) light fixtures, which can be installed as wall sconces or ceiling lights at your choice. Each piece consists of a very thick and solid circular diffuser made of pressed moulded glass. The textured work of the glass, combining geometric patterns of petals and diamond points, is characteristic of high-end German and Scandinavian productions from the 60s and 70s, in the spirit of the creations of Helena Tynell or the Glashütte Limburg company. The amber/champagne translucent colour of the glass is particularly sought after: it brings a warm presence to the room and diffuses a soft, muted light that is spectacularly textured once the bulbs are lit. The glass pieces are in very good condition. Visible rust marks in the photos on the metal back covers. Bayonet bulbs not included.
