Vintage Simat enfilade
Vintage modular enfilade produced by the French brand Simat (Société Industrielle des Meubles d'art de Touraine) dating from the 1970s/1980s. The Simat brand, a high-end subsidiary of the Doubinski Frères company, was renowned for its creations with straight lines and a minimalist style, often influenced by the brutalist and Scandinavian design of the time. This specific model consists of two cabinets made of solid elm veneer with a characteristic warm honey tone: one block featuring four stacked drawers with bevelled recessed handles, and an open block serving as a bookshelf/vinyl storage with shelves and vertical dividers. Notably, it is in very good original condition despite slight signs of wear. Dimensions of each piece: H72 X W89.5 X D51 cm.
