Portieux Georges Sand vase 19th century.

Imposing portieux georges sand vase in blue blown glass and "caramel" molded glass. Second part of the 19th century. The belly is blown molded with a hammered appearance, the baluster-shaped foot is molded with a decoration of godrons and 4 heads of rams. Good condition, some original molding defects in the foot and at the body/vase join (hot stick), 2 small air bubbles burst at the foot (failure to cook). Height: 30 cm, diameter at the collar: 12 cm.
