Pair of caned cabriolet armchairs

Pair of louis XV style caned, molded and sculpted cabriolet armchairs. The backs are topped with two daisies framed by leaves, the sinuous armrests are supported by recessed consoles that follow their curved sculptures, the arched feet, the molded and sculpted crosspieces in the center of two flowers treated au naturel. Very beautiful original condition, the caning is in good condition and the waxed finish patina sublimates the work of the carpenter. Perfect representation of the louis XV period, in the continuity of the regency style where lighter, caned and more easily movable furniture was preferred.
