Sonorous Suspension Metal Mid-Century by Vico Magistretti for Oluce, 1970s

Vintage design. Imposing suspension by the Italian manufacturer Oluce based on a project by Vico Magistretti from the 1970s. First version in aluminium and entirely white. A timeless design that impresses with its reduction to a simple geometry. The body of the lamp is shaped like a hemisphere. The cathedral is flattened, and the suspension as well as the installation are offset inward to avoid disturbing the purity of the outer shape. Produced in various sizes and materials over the decades. This first version has a diameter of 50 cm and an aluminium umbrella. The white floating hemisphere creates a striking object in the room due to its large volume. The original ceiling light is included.
