Handcrafted like delicate metal sculptures, the cold-formed steel undergoes a rigorous polishing and hand-chroming process to achieve a uniform finish of at least 50 microns. This surface has passed strict ISO corrosion resistance tests in a salt spray chamber. The luxurious leather is seamlessly attached to the metal using our turned, polished, and lacquered brass screws. We exclusively select premium Spanish hides, vegetable-tanned and eco-friendly, sourced from the animal's shoulder. Treated with natural oils and barks, the leather ages gracefully while retaining its shape. The natural marks and characteristic wrinkles of the neck are intentionally preserved, ensuring that each double saddle piece remains completely unique and true to its organic origins.
