Superb trio of plates from the Longchamp pottery, René pattern, an iconic design produced between 1935 and 1950. They feature the geometric teal floral frieze, printed using a transfer technique, typical of Longchamp's interwar aesthetic: elegant, regular, and subtly contrasting. The set comprises two soup plates and one dinner plate. Their patinated ivory tone lends a soft and authentic presence, perfect for a warm table setting. Stamped LONGCHAMP – René pattern (black stamp + impressed mark). In good antique condition, with a glossy sheen and natural signs of age that add to the charm of antique earthenware. There are a few small chips on the rim and underside, minor nicks on the edges, slight glaze cracking, tiny chips on the rim of some plates, and minor scratches from use (see photos). Diameter 25 cm, height 3.5 cm for the soup plates. Plates with timeless charm, ideal for enhancing a refined table setting.
