19th-century vide poche made of a large shiny mother-of-pearl shell, mounted on a finely chiseled gilded brass support. The feet and structure are typical of Second Empire curiosity cabinets with their branch-like textured shape. Excellent condition. Height: 6cm Approximate length: 18cm.
