Solid elm aranjou display case from the 1950s

Old small display cabinet from the 1950s by olavi hanninen, in dark stained solid elm. With a brutalist appearance, typical of hanninen's work, the display window relies heavily on the choice of its wood, here solid elm for its dense and elegant veining and its rich grain. Very beautiful cutout in the wood, a singular shape with interesting details on the top. Two large windows, locks topped with aged brass. Nice cabinetmaking work with its tenons.
