Antique farmhouse table made of solid elm with two large extensions and a drawer at one end. The legs and the central top are made of elm, the central bar and the leg risers are made of oak, and the wood of the extensions is a deeper red, likely cherry. Elm is a very high-quality wood and is highly sought after for carpentry; it has almost completely disappeared in Europe due to a disease that emerged in the 1960s/70s. This is a very beautiful table that can accommodate up to ten people by unfolding its two extensions of 51 cm each. In its folded format, it is compact and allows for comfortable seating for six people. It has been restored, with the cracks in the top filled with tinted wax. It is perfectly stable and solid, the extensions work well and are stable. Width: 148 cm, extended 250 cm. Height: 77 cm, under the apron 59 cm. Depth: 86 cm.
