Daum France starfish crystal candlesticks

Here is a pair of sublime large crystal candlesticks whose shape is reminiscent of a starfish, and whose brilliance and beautiful transparency will be a sensation on a festive table. Their shape is magnificent with their long "arms" that extend upwards, all in softness, in a curve, without abrupt edges. They are in crystal stamped daum france on one side near the base (it is difficult to see, but on the photo against a dark background you can see the signature). The daum company was founded in 1878 in nancy by jean daum and the "free form" creation style of these candlesticks dates from 1940. But if I believe the appearance of the engraved signature, these candlesticks would date from the 70s or 80s and would be "first choice" (on second choice pieces, the signature is daum nancy). They are in very good condition, very transparent (transparency difficult to show in photos), a tiny chip on the edge of the candle location on one and tiny scratches that are almost invisible. There are a few "lines" in the crystal (original therefore) barely visible when viewed by transparency in the light, totally invisible otherwise. They fit into a circle of about 20 cm in diameter for a maximum height of about 8 cm. They each weigh about 900g. The location for the candle measures 2 cm in diameter and 1.5 cm in depth.
