Commode, 19th century

This chest of drawers dates from the early 19th century. Made of walnut, it has been meticulously cleaned, sanded, and treated as it shows signs of old woodworm. A worn black velvet patina has been applied to it. It features three drawers that function perfectly. In very good condition for its age, despite some signs of wear, like any antique furniture, it will fit into any interior and bring elegance and charm.
