Adornment: linen cloth and its 2 monogrammed pillowcases jn, days of venice, 19th

Sheet with its two pillowcases, embroidered and monogrammed jn, in thread canvas (linen), having "never seen water", as said an expert in old linen at the hotel drouot... This adornment was part of a trousseau that has remained in the wardrobe for several generations, as shown by the quality of the fabric, the embroidery, whether it is the days of venice (with small bars, on 2 rows) or the embroidery of the letters (in english, very embossed). The pillowcases are small (60 X 60 cm overall and 50 X 50 cm inside) and close with small mother-of-pearl buttons. The whole is of a beautiful ecru. Ideal for a bed of 140.
