Classic Danish dresser, Hansen Mobelfabrik, 1960s

This classic Danish dresser comes from the 1960s, and it has been manufactured by Hansen Møbelfabrik. It's a great example of classic Scandinavian craftsmanship and timeless mid-century design. Overall size is H: 119 / W: 88 / D: 43 cm. The dresser features six drawers, each finished with carefully selected and matched teak veneer. The top drawer is lockable with a key, providing discreet storage for smaller valuables. The drawer fronts are joined using traditional dovetail joints, demonstrating the high level of craftsmanship typical of Danish furniture of the period. Each drawer is fitted with a long, sculpted solid teak handle, which integrates seamlessly with the minimalist design. The dresser stands on solid, tapered teak legs, which can be detached for easier transport. The piece retains its original manufacturer’s label, confirming its authenticity.
